The Shropshire Grill.
Shown below is the grill sliding over the fire. Pull the grill pan away from the fire or towards the fire to give fine adjustment of the heat.
If the fire is still too hot then turn the grill pan over and your food is two inches further from the flames. Again, slide the grill pan backwards or forwards over the fire for fine adjustment!

Removal of the flame decoration for easy access while cooking is quick and easy. Just slot them back on when you have finished.
